DELIVERY

If you are local to our Hertfordshire base you are more than welcome to collect your order, or we offer tracked delivery to mainland UK addresses at £7.50.

At Sarah Stuart Flowers we only use trusted courier services like DPD or EVRI. You will receive email and SMS updates regarding your parcel’s journey from us and the courier.

We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible, the same day if ordered before 3pm. Please note bespoke arrangements or wreaths are normally despatched within 7-14 days of ordering, sometimes much sooner depending on stock availability. 

Please note orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided. We can’t be held responsible if the address, phone number, email address is entered incorrectly at checkout or missing information.

Any orders that are returned to our Hertfordshire base marked as undelivered, will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the cost of shipping, as well as any additional costs incurred.

RETURNS

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase from Sarah Stuart Flowers, but if you change your mind, please email info@sarahstuartflowers.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must return your order to us at your own expense. Please ensure everything is packaged securely, in the original packaging and the order is complete. We can’t be held responsible for return orders that go missing, so please use a recommended tracked courier service.

Once we’ve received your return we will issue a refund within 24 hours and confirm this to you. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
